Have you lost your spark? Are you in transition? Have work and relationships felt boring or habit-filled?

If you are interested in finding your energy and enthusiasm, reconnect through the painting process and ignite your creative flow!  Use painting as a meditation practice.

We all have a creative expression that wants to be conveyed.  When we connect to the creative consciousness and allow the images to “paint” themselves, many discover new insights and profound ideas that energize their lives.

“Often the hands will solve a mystery that the intellect has struggled with in vain” - Carl Jung

This is a class to learn to paint from your inner creative genius. Anyone interested in creativity, who loves to doodle, or wants to stoke their feeling of aliveness and imagination is a good candidate.   All are welcome. The art is not critiqued or analyzed by others in the class.  We encourage you to paint without regard for creating something beautiful or even something that is realistic. Guidance is given to help move through your creative blocks.

Art Studio Location: RSVP for directions   , Mountain View
